The “ladies of Shangri La ” came from Easter chicks that just like the ducks would have been at great risk of being harmed. They love to cluck and talk and spend their days rooting for bugs. It’s fun to watch them when they scratch for bugs, they lift their heads up, scratch the dirt and then look to see what they might’ve dug up.
